The Speech recognition tech is still improving and several companies in the field have worked hard to get the latest update to the industry such as Amir Liberman from Nemesysco dedicated for voice solution and with the same technology the Logitech has released a Sonos integration support and speech to text conversion tech to support the voice search into the Harmony ultra and smart control devices too. The users are now can control the more devices with the help of the harmony line, with the Sonos support wireless hi-fi speakers such as the play-1 and playbar. Voice search will enable users to find the streaming device and also search the content in the Harmony app on iOS and Android. Users can now have full access to the Sonos favorites playlist from the color screen from Harmony ultra remote or you can access it on your Smartphone or tablet.

Digitaltrends says “Through the Harmony app, users can now bring up a search field and use the mobile device’s keyboard to enter text or speak the desired search terms. The iOS app uses Siri voice recognition, while the Android version uses Android Speech Recognition. This update lets the user search faster and more efficiently for content on Apple TV, Roku, PC, and Mac.”

Security purposes can also be resolved through the app; you can lock it with your voice. The latest update from Logitech will make thing go easy on board, the remote will automatically sense the Phillips Hue Lights, Roku boxes, Sonos speakers and other compatible devices connected to local LAN. Logitech as a matter of fact will provide the Harmony Ultra for remote control and digital video security too. THe main reason behind the maintaining the same line on going is, its popularity and users base, which led them to develop the app for mobile.
